In general, each framework contract includes activities related to the following studies: The environmental study of phase 1; The geotechnical and bearing capacity study; The roadway rehabilitation study; The environmental characterization study of soils; Environmental monitoring of rehabilitation works. Financial guarantees and other requirements may be indicated in the tender documents. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, except holidays, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. For this call for tenders, the City uses a two-envelope weighting system for the evaluation of the tenders. This evaluation of the bids refers to a weighting and evaluation system which takes into account the factors of quality and price. When the tenders are opened, the name of the tenderers who have submitted a tender as well as the total price of their tender (taxes included) are mentioned publicly. The contract will be awarded to the supplier whose bid obtains the best final score. Ville de Longueuil does not undertake to accept either the best or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation or cost of any kind towards the tenderer (s). The City may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, override any lack of conformity of the tender if this defect does not break the rule of equality between the tenderers and it is not required to justify the acceptance or rejection of any submission.
