The major work items include: removal and placement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps and driveways, storm drain improvements, mill and overlay, roadbed modification, bituminous plantmix, utility adjustments, street lighting, signal modifications, and placement of permanent pavement markings and signs. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced by the successful Bidder after the executed Contract Documents have been submitted, and within five (5) calendar days of the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The work, including any and all alternates and options, shall be completed within seventy-five (75) working days after the commencement date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The right is reserved to reject any and all Bids or accept the Bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC.
