Descriptions of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. The Work includes the following: Supply of all that is required for the testing, supply, delivery, and installation of components for the electric water tank (i.e. heating elements, pressure relief valves, upper and lower thermostats, miscellaneous wiring, electrical breakers, etc.). Providing competent electrical advice to customers regarding wiring problems, if any, on the service calls, if required. Keep adequate levels of the various maintenance materials available on all service calls, to prevent multiple visits on the same service call. Keep service calls to one visit. NOTE: Any repeat service calls to the same address will be reviewed and is subject to approval by the Purchaser.
