The City of Port Moody is seeking proposals from a multi-disciplinary consultant team led by a landscape architecture firm with experience in the planning and design of active waterfront parks in urban settings. The successful Consultant will have prior experience leading similar projects of scope and complexity and will work closely with City staff to develop a comprehensive 10-year Master Plan Update for Rocky Point Park and a Master Plan to guide moderate upgrades for Old Orchard Park. In order to submit a response to this Request for Proposal, Bidders MUST register as a Plan Taker for this opportunity and use the Bidding System to submit their proposal. Only registered Bidders will receive addenda notifications. All enquiries related to this RFP are to be submitted through the Bidding System only by clicking on the "Submit a Question" button for this specific bid opportunity. Written addenda are the only means of varying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFP. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFP. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submitting their Tender. Bidders should acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission. Failure to acknowledge Addenda may result in the submission being rejected as being non-compliant.
