The City of Oregon City is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services to the City to update our Parks Master Plan. The selected firm will have proven experience and knowledge in park and recreation planning, project management, and effective public involvement processes and work closely with City staff, the Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC), and the City Commission in preparing the plan. The Plan drives City parks long-range and near-term planning and directs decision-making and resources toward a clearly defined vision for its future, including development and redevelopment of the parks, facilities, open space, public art, and recreation system over the next ten years.
