The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the construction and completion of approximately 2,200 linear feet of roadway improvements, with associated storm, wastewater, water, utility undergrounding, street lighting, signing, striping, and landscaping as shown on the construction plans. The anticipated cost to construct the Project is between $4,600,000 and $5,200,000. The construction of the Project shall be substantially complete by September 1, 2023 and the Final Completion date shall be November 17, 2023. Bidders must be prequalified to perform work in the following classes: earthwork, drainage, asphalt paving and oiling, aggregate base, temporary traffic control, concrete flatwork, utilities (storm/ wastewater/water), traffic signals, and permanent signing along with any subcontractors performing these work items. No prebid meeting is scheduled for this project.
