The Lebanon Community School (“the Owner”) Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager|General Contractors (CM|GC) for the construction of the Seven Oak Middle School project. The District is seeking to select Architects to provide the services described herein Design Services for the following Seven Oaks Middle School. Project Descriptions: Current Project o Seven Oak Middle School Classroom Addition. o Refer to "Exhibit A - Conceptual Design Package" for additional information. o The anticipated project scope includes a freestanding building addition that includes a Vocational / Career Technical Education classroom and either four or six additional General Education classrooms. Potential Additional Projects o Proposed General Obligation May or November of 2022 that may include following types of projects: o HVAC Upgrades across the District o Classroom redesign from Pre-K to Elementary at various locations o ADA Projects across the District o Kitchen Redesign o Stadium Redesign o Critical Facility Upgrade (Deferred Maintenance Projects) o Other Projects the District may deter mine to be included o Various Other Funded Projects o Projects not currently defined The District may select more than one firm to provide design services. The total value of the construction budgets is anticipated to be approximately $4 million for School and for School, funded by the recent bond election. Selected firms will be expected to start immediately after Board award and receipt of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). Firms may submit multiple responses to more than one project listed above. However, each submission shall be specifically responsive for only one of the projects listed above, and clearly identified on the cover of the response along with the cover letter. One Request for Proposals for multiple projects will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to reject any Proposal response not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and to waive informalities in this Request for Proposals response process.
