The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Badge & Enrollment Reader Installation at the California National Guard Armory, located at 8450 Okinawa Street, Sacramento, California, 95828 in accordance with the specifications and scope of work. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. In accordance with DoD policy and TAG mask guidance, effective 2 August 2021: ALL individuals entering a National Guard Facility must wear a mask while in facilities at all times. Unvaccinated individuals must specifically wear a N95 mask or a mask that meets NIOSH-approved N95 respirator standards. Vaccinated individuals may alternatively wear non-medical cloth masks. The Prime Contractor shall self-perform on the site (trade work) with its own organization, work equivalent to at least twenty percent (20%) of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract. The Prime Contractor shall provide at all times sufficient competent labor, materials, and equipment to properly carry on the work and to insure completion within the time agreed. The prime contractor MUST possess a C-7 Low Voltage Systems or C-10 Electrical Contractors License.
