For Design, Equipment, Installation and Training for an Outdoor Wireless Sound System. The City of Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a vendor/supplier to provide design, equipment, software, installation and on-site training of an Outdoor Wireless Sound System for a portion of downtown. QUALIFICATIONS The vendor/supplier shall be: 1. Independent of any contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, or any interest that is construed as a conflict of interest to the proposal. 2. A professional vendor/supplier that has experience in projects of similar scope and size as described in the scope of services section. SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected vendor/supplier will be responsible for the design, equipment, installation, and onsite training necessary for the sound system, including: 1. Coordinate, arrange, and conduct meetings with representatives of MainStreet and Business Improvement District 2. Development of design plans and specifications. 3. Supply applicable equipment, hardware, and software 4. Installation of all equipment, hardware, and software 5. Provide training to operate the system 6. Vendor/supplier shall comply with and shall require contractors and subcontractors to comply with all Local, State, and Federal regulations.
