The following is the primary scope of work at the various schools for Security Vestibules- Phase II Renovation. Refer to drawings and specifications for full details of project. Installation of new cmu walls, hollow metal doors and frames, new storefront systems, new ceilings, and new door hardware for new secure vestibules Miscellaneous demolition and patching of existing walls, floors and ceilings Interior painting and staining & finishing of finish carpentry Miscellaneous mechanical and electrical. SCHOOLS: Breckinridge Franklin Elementary School Chancey Elementary School Chenoweth Elementary School Cochrane Elementary School Hawthorne Elementary School Newburg Middle School Norton Elementary School Slaughter Elementary School Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certified/Cashier's Check or Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The amount of the Bid Guaranty shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the bid set forth on the Form of Proposal. The Bid Guaranty shall be made payable to Jefferson County Public Schools.
