Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of February 11, 2022 there were no bids received for this project. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The project consists of all labor, equipment, and material to replace 200 LF of sewer and CIPP line 450 LF of sewer along Washington and First St in Waynesburg Borough. Each bid (form of proposal) shall be accompanied by a bidders bond, or certified check or cashiers check, in favor of Borough of Waynesburg, in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the total of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. Bidders must submit with their bids the Non-Collusion Affidavit contained in the contract documents. The bidders/offerors must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises and Section 3 Business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of such solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. The County of Greene and the Borough of Waynesburg do not discriminate in regard to race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, marital status, disability or the use of a guide or support animal because of physical handicap, or age, in the provision, admission, employment, sexual orientation, national origin, gender identity or expression, family responsibility or familial status.
