Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Warrenton, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Notice is hereby given that Clatsop County ("Agency") is soliciting proposals from qualified development teams for the land purchase, design, financing, and construction of a development project of a 130.81- acre site, known as the North Coast Business Park (NCBP). The Agency-owned property is located along SE Ensign Road, SE 19th Street, and Alternate HWY 101 in Warrenton. Briefly, the project objectives for the requested site redevelopment include the following: o Bring much-needed general industrial development to Clatsop County, which includes light, heavy, and airport-related industrial activities in the City of Warrenton. o Enhances the existing livability of the community through economic development and job creation. o Encourage new investment and development that benefits the residents of Clatsop County. o Maximizes taxable assessed value to allow the Agency to pursue other projects successfully. Clatsop County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the County. At its sole discretion, the County may also elect to accept responses to this RFP which it deems insubstantially deficient. Clatsop County ("County") is located on the northwest corner of Oregon on the rugged and beautiful coast, bounded on the north by the Columbia River and the west by the Pacific Ocean. Named for the Clatsop Native Americans, Clatsop is rich in history, scenery, and opportunity. Clatsop County's resident population is approximately 41,000, with tourism influxes bringing population numbers to approximately 80,000 during peak tourism time frames. The County employs approximately 250 full and part-time staff and is governed by a County Commission comprised of five Commissioners. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
