Site work for a stadium in Douglasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a 8,000-seat stadium.
Sitework commenced December 12, 2021. Vertical construction commenced February 2022. The fourth and final bid package for this project is anticipated to be released fourth quarter 2022. The Construction Manager reserves the right in its sole and complete discretion to waive technicalities and formalities. The Construction Manager further reserves the rights in its sole and complete discretion to reject all proposals and any proposal that is not responsive or that is over the budget. The Construction Manager anticipates that the contracts will be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer who provides the lowest lump sum proposal within the budget for each Work Category. If all responsive and responsible proposals are determined in excess of the budget, the Construction Manager, in its sole and absolute discretion and in addition to rejecting all proposals, reserves the right to either supplement the budget or to negotiate and award material and subcontract agreements in the best interest of the Owner *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
