Project has been cancelled ,Consequently, there will be no award under this sourcing event on U3P; this sourcing event is closed out without award to any vendor/offeror. Pleasant View City ("City") is accepting Proposals from qualified Proposers to serve as the City's Streetlight Installation and Maintenance Team ("Installer") for all new City-owned streetlights. The Installer will become an integral member of the project team and will work directly with the City's supplier Stevens Sales Company ("Supplier"). Deadline for submittal of questions is January 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. All questions shall be submitted to: Dana Shuler, City Engineer, Email: dana@jonescivil.com It is the intent of the City to select a single Installer. Proposals will be scored based on qualifications, experience, and cost, as detailed in the complete RFP. Proposers may be interviewed for final selection. Selection will be based on the highest scoring, responsive and responsible Proposer. The City reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw this RFP at any time and to reject any and all Proposal submitted, for any reason, at is sole discretion. City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informality in a Proposal, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
