Site work for a water / sewer project in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
project consists of the installation of approximately 390' of new 6" sanitary sewer line at the Potosi High School as described on the Bid Form and in the Scope of Work. This installation will require use of trench boxes and all contractors must have prior references using trench boxes. The Potosi R-3 School District hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the State of Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations if the project bid exceeds $75,000.00. The Potosi R-3 School District re- serves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in work.
