Renovation of a mixed-use development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Q/A Cutoff Date: 01/06/2022 Q/A Cutoff Time: 02:00 PM The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for the completion and operation of all systems to replace the Hot Water Boiler System and two (2) 335-gallon Water Tanks. This includes all plumbing and all electrical work. To minimize tenant inconvenience, the project will be conducted in three (3) phases. In Phase One the contractor will install one (1) 335-gallon tank, rough-in all connections, and check for any leaks in the system. Once the first 335-gallon tank is online and verified to be working properly, the contractor will start Phase Two. In Phase Two the contractor will take both old tanks offline and remove them. The contractor will dispose of the old tanks properly, in an approved waste site. In Phase Three the contractor will install the second 335-gallon water tank, rough-in all connections, and check for any leaks in the system. The contractor will verify all operational aspects of the systems, call for appropriate inspection(s), and complete final connections. Contractor will install a backflow valve to meet the City of High Point requirements.
