For CCTV trunk sewer inspection, the CCTV rover must travel the entire length of all runs of trunk sewer allowing the recording of the structural and operational condition of the sewer pipes and manholes. Manholes to be inspected by lowering a wide angle camera from the surface to the manhole bases, to identify and record defects. Work to be assigned by zoned areas throughout the City of Windsor. award is subject to final approval.
