Friendswood Development Company on behalf of East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 7 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Boards judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Bid security in the form of bid bond, certified or cashiers check payable to Friendswood Development Company on behalf of East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 7 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid. 8" p.v.c. water pipe, c-900, dr 18, class 235, all depths, 8" p.v.c. water pipe, c-900, dr18, class 235, restrained joints, all depths 2" blow off valve and box 8" plug and clamp fire hydrant unit, all depths, includes appropriate tee, 6" gate valve & box, 6" lead and fire hydrant remove existing 8" plug & clamp and blow off valve and connect proposed 8" waterline, all sizes, includes all necessary adapters, and connectors 8" p.v.c. green sewer pipe, astm d-2241, sdr 26,8'-12' cut, includes bedding and backfill auger section for 8" sanitary sewer
