Lane County Waste Management is seeking Quotes from qualified Quoters to provide a HDPE manhole delivered to Short Mountain Landfill at 84777 Dillard Access Road Eugene, OR 97405, in accordance with and as identified by the attached specifications and drawings. This request is to provide all material, labor and equipment to accomplish this work. All work shall be completed in compliance with all federal, state and local requirements. Quoters should be aware that the findings of County staff will result in a recommendation. The final decision of actual award of an Agreement rests with the County Administrator, as appropriate. The award shall be to the Eligible Quoter(s) whose Quote is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to the County in overall value, considering both cost and qualifications.
