Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for the renovation of a residential development.
As of April 5, 2022 This project is already awarded to Westmoreland Electrical Services with the awarded amount of $80,000, Newman Plumbing, Inc with the awarded amount of $198,322, Maxim Construction, LLC with the awarded amount of $598,500. Roofs-Demo existing shingle roofs, felt paper, drip edge and damaged sheathing. Construct new overhangs on building gables & replace gable vents at siding, replace alum. gable vents at brick veneer. New architectural shingle roofs, felt paper, ice shield, drip edge, gutter apron, gutters and downspouts. Replace roof penetration boots and rain rings. Walls-Remove and replace existing siding, house wrap, trim, soffit and fascia. Remove and replace existing windows along with related blocking and trim, exterior entrance doors & storm doors (infill framing 7'-0" door to 6'-8" door). Clean, repair and seal existing brick veneer Porches-Front Porches; Demo and replace front concrete porches with new slab raised to door threshold height. New stairs and railings. Rear Patio and Porch- Remove existing concrete pad at rear door. New concrete patio raised to door threshold height. New shed roof along with supports for covered patio. Covered patio to include framing, roofing, siding and finished ceiling. Vent Piping-Extend existing vent piping (rear of apartment unit) through roof of covered patio Site-Tree & stump removal Demo and replace existing concrete sidewalk, curb and stairs along with handrail, metal clothesline T's with concrete bases/asphalt. Reconfigure parking area to include a HC driveway/space and new parking spaces. Import topsoil and regrade site. Install roof drain collection system and French drains. Provide boundary fence at hillside. Electric/Telephone/Cable. Remove and replace porch packs and eliminate wall packs. Remove existing streetlamp at the parking area & provide alternate site lighting (4 decorative pole lights along sidewalk) with photocells. Replace existing power supply. Provide two sets of gang meters (1 meter for each unit and one meter on each building for HA with a GFI outlet with lock and cover; 4 meters per building). Provide new wiring and conduit, underground to each unit. Fix cable & phone line entrance boxes on exterior of buildings. Plumbing-Replace & relocate main site water shut-off and eliminate water meter pit. Provide shut-off and meters at each apartment unit Gas-Demo existing gas master meter and install two sets of gang meters (1 meter for each unit, 3 per meters per building). Replace gas lines to each apartment unit The Housing Authority of the County of Greene reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening without the consent of the Authority. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check, payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Greene in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount.
