The Corporation of the Township of Langley invites tenders for the Sanitary and Storm Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection Program. The work in 2022 is comprised of the following: Flushing and cleaning of approximately 50,000 linear metres of sanitary sewer pipe of varying sizes in Area 1, Flushing and cleaning of approximately 22,000 linear metres of storm sewer pipe of varying sizes, Annual Flushing and cleaning including grease cutting of approximately 20,000 linear metres of sanitary sewer pipes of varying sizes in all areas, CCTV inspection of approximately 21,000 linear metres of sanitary sewer pipe of varying sizes in Area 1, CCTV inspection of approximately 22,000 linear metres of storm sewer pipe of varying sizes, Frequent flushing and grease cutting for known problem mains and service connections, Cleaning and inspection of sanitary and storm manholes. Tenders should be submitted in the Bidding System and shall be accompanied by a scanned copy of the original Bid Bond, Certified Cheque or digital Bid Bond in an electronically verifiable/enforceable (e-Bond) format in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance and Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Tender Price. If the Bid Bond is a scanned copy, the Owner, in its discretion, may request the original required Tender Security to be received within three (3) Days after Tender Closing Date and Time.
