Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brighton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including approximately 450 syd concrete walk, ADA parking, two soft kayak launch areas, and furnish and installation of a vault latrine and floating accessible dock and launch, and all incidental construction at Kensington Metropark in Oakland County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
