Demolition, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,500-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises renovations to the existing Lady Minto Hospital Emergency Department and general construction of the new Lady Minto Emergency Department Redevelopment, located at 135 Crofton Road, Salt Spring Island, BC; and identified as Lady Minto Hospital Emergency Department Redevelopment. The building(s) and the immediate site affected will be vacated for the Work of the Contract. Hazardous Material abatement is involved. Documents can be obtained from http://www.bidcentral.ca/login/ and www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. One or more Electrical addenda may be issued to record answers to any questions. Final Electrical Addenda will be issued no later than 3:00 pm PT on Friday February 11, 2022 at 3:00 pm
