Renovation of a library in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of February 10, 2022, project was not yet awarded. Project is expected to be awarded on February 23, 2022 by the City Council. Project Description: Demolition of existing roofing systems (including ballasted EPDM and adhered TPO), insulation, metal flashing, and accessories. Provide new mechanically fastened base insulation, fully adhered insulation & cover board, fully adhered EPDM, and all associated blocking, flashing and trim. Repair and patching of EIFS at new EPDM wall flashing as detailed. Alternates: -demo existing neon lighting at the canopy and provide new LEDs, -provide fall protection anchors Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,050,000.00
