The School District of Greenville County (SDGC) invites responsible firms to submit a SEALED BID to provide Walk-In Cooler/Freezer Equipment to Chandler Creek Elementary School. The school is located at 301 Chandler Road, Greer, South Carolina 29651. The work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation. The Scope of Work was prepared by The Foods and Nutrition Services Department (FANS) and may be found on Page Thirteen (13) of this solicitation. A minimum description includes the requirement to furnish and deliver Walk In Cooler & Freezer Equipment. Bally Walk In Cooler/Freezer Box - Height of the box shall be 102" - All Walls, floor and Ceiling shall be 4" thick - The floor shall be re-enforced with 3/4" plywood with 1/8" aluminum diamond plate overtop - The doors shall be 36" wide and be self-closing. -The doors shall have an 1/8" aluminum diamond Plate kick-plate installed - Panels shall consist of foamed-in-place urethane insulation, sandwiched between interior and exterior metal skins. Edges of panels shall be tongue and groove, with Speed-Lok fastening devices foamed-in-place at the time of fabrication. Insulation shall be of non-ozone depleting urethane, U.L. Class I system, with a flame spread rating of 25 or less, with a Factory Mutual panel assembly rating. A PVC gasket located on the tongue side of panels forms an airtight seal.
