This is a 2 PART solicitation. PART 1 is for projects that are not considered construction or a public work. It includes, but is not limited to, parts, supplies, maintenance services and repairs. PART 2 Job Order Contract (JOC) is for projects considered construction or public work projects. The determination of whether or not a project requires a PART 2 JOC is the responsibility of the TIPS member entity. Vendors are encouraged to respond to BOTH PARTS 1 and 2 to meet the needs of our members, but responses to both parts is not required If You Currently Hold Tips Contracts: 180101 Comprehensive Hvac Solutions and Services Part 1 or 2 ("180101"); 190604 Comprehensive Hvac Solutions and Services Part 1 or 2 ("190604"), or; 200303 Comprehensive Hvac Part 1 or 2 ("200303"), You Must Respond to This Solicitation to Prevent Lapse of Contract Unless You Hold Another Current Tips Contract That Covers All of Your Hvac Offerings. This Awarded Contract Will Replace Your Expiring Tips Contracts 180101, 190604, and 200303. TIPS encourages all companies intending to respond to a TIPS solicitation to use to submit their proposals. The eBid system has many safeguards built into the program that will notify proposers of any mistakes or omitted information in their proposal process, thus minimizing the potential of a fatal error in the proposal process.
