The City of Golden is accepting proposals from qualified consultants and/or teams for the development of a Housing Needs and Strategies Assessment which will guide the City as it considers what strategies and/or incentives will reduce barriers and encourage the development of affordable and workforce housing in the City. It is envisioned that this document will provide recommendations, supported by an in-depth data analysis, which will be used by City Staff and Elected Leaders as they consider proposed land use codes and policies related to affordable and workforce housing opportunities.
