City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri, (CU), requests proposals to establish a Contract to purchase: VIDEO SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT (Equipment only - No Installation) for a period of one year beginning upon award, with 4 - 1 year renewal options, and subject to the following: No deliveries are to be made or services provided until authorized by CU. Prices are to be firm for each agreement period and F.O.B. City Utilities, Springfield, Missouri. **(If taking exception to F.O.B, vendor must acknowledge upon submission of bid)** CU reserves the right to cancel part or all of this Contract with written notice. CU also reserves the right to add similar items to this Contract as needed. Any and all changes to this Contract will be by a written change order issued by CUs Purchasing Department. This Bidding Event will result in a nonexclusive contract to the successful bidder. CU reserves the right to purchase same or like materials from other sources as CU deems necessary and appropriate. Delivery dates of parts will be based on mutually acceptable dates between City Utilities and vendor. Selected supplier to provide City Utilities with updated price lists as they are available throughout life of contract.
