As of February 14, 2022, a firm has been awarded for the site selection study. The City of Sedona is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified consultants to provide professional services for the Site Selection Study for Transit Facilities within the City of Sedona. The proposed study will consist of final documents for the NEPA and Environmental Justice Study to apply for 5339 Grant Application. The City intends to award a single services contract for professional engineering services for the NEPA and Environmental Justice Study for Transit Facilities. Preliminary Contract Award Thursday 2/17/2022 Technical areas of expertise associated with this project are anticipated to include survey/geomatics; geotechnical engineering; transit design, environmental analyst, environmental justice analyst; civil/site engineering; utility coordination; drainage design; and cost estimating. In the City of Sedona efforts to apply for a 5339 Grant and working with ADOT it has concluded the need to complete a NEPA and Environmental Justice Study in order to complete a 5339 Grant application. This proposal is an effort to complete those requirements along with other supporting efforts to successfully develop this project farther.
