Renovation of a library in Monona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of two rooftop mounted air handling units, roof curb modifications, interior ductwork modifications, and replacement of the variable air volume unit controllers associated with RTU 5. A bid alternative will be included to replace two additional rooftop units and the associated roof curb and interior ductwork modifications The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Monona reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The Strand Associates, Inc.(R) project manager is Adam D.
