San Mateo County Harbor District Pillar Point Harbor Retail Center Replacement Architectural Design, Engineering, Permitting and Construction Support Services The San Mateo County Harbor District ("District") is requesting proposals from qualified design and engineering firms or individuals (Proposer) to provide professional design, engineering, technical specifications, permitting and construction support services for replacement of the existing Retail Center (Tennant Row). This could include replacement of the existing structure, or the building of a new Retail Center at Pillar Point Harbor in a different location The District hereby notifies all Proposers that it is the policy of the District to ensure nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the award and administration of contracts.
