San Mateo County Harbor District Pillar Point Harbor Retail Center Replacement Architectural Design, Engineering, Permitting and Construction Support Services The San Mateo County Harbor District ("District") is requesting proposals from qualified design and engineering firms or individuals (Proposer) to provide professional design, engineering, technical specifications, permitting and construction support services for replacement of the existing Retail Center (Tennant Row). This could include replacement of the existing structure, or the building of a new Retail Center at Pillar Point Harbor in a different location The District hereby notifies all Proposers that it is the policy of the District to ensure nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the award and administration of contracts. Proposals will be examined by District Staff and reported to the San Mateo County Harbor District Board of Harbor Commissioners within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the proposals have been opened. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal procedure; or to postpone the proposal opening for good cause. No Proposer may withdraw its proposal for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date of opening of the proposals. Each Proposer will be notified of award of contract, if an awardis made Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the Proposer to check the District's website for any Addenda that may be issued relative to this RFP January 31, 2022 @ 4:30 p.m. - Written Questions and Requests for Modifications or Clarifications are due February 7, 2022 - Response to Questions and Requests for Modifications or Clarifications Week of February 22, 2022(Tentative) - Proposer Interviews, if held The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
