The Projects includes the following Work: Project 2 of 2 - East 22 nd Street Bridge Replacement Construction of a triple 14' x 14' x 54' concrete box culvert to replace an existing bridge, complete in place, including concrete paving removal and replacement, storm sewer piping, and related andrequired work. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the City Offices, City Hall, 243 East 13 th Street, Crete, Nebraska, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Offices as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Offices. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Offices. For all further requirements regarding bid submittals, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents for each Project. Each Project shall be awarded as a separate contract, however, both Project contracts will be awarded to the one responsible bidder submitting the lowest combination of responsible bid for the total bid sum for Project 1 of 2 added to the total bid sum for Project 2 of 2. Bidders are required to submit bids for both Projects to be considered responsive to this advertisement for bids. Separate bid security, performance and payment bonds will be required for each Project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidding Documents for Project 2 of 2 may be purchased from Speece Lewis Engineers, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
