This Request for Qualifications is issued by The Niagara Parks Commission (NPC) to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement with a qualified list of firms specializing in plumbing services on an as needed basis for various locations throughout NPC. An earlier RFQ issued by NPC on October 15, 2021 resulted in securing 1 Vendor of Record. NPC wishes to further supplement its VOR list in order to satisfy NPC's forecasted demand for the Services. More detailed requirements are set out in the Specifications Schedule. A Second Stage Process will be initiated at the option of NPC on an as-required basis to award individual service assignments. Only Vendors of Record are eligible to participate in any such Second Stage Process. The Vendor of Record Ceiling Price is $300,000.00.
