Award amount is $984,026.65** The scope of work for this project consist of roadway reconstruction including but not limited to drainage and traffic signal improvements and associated construction 1. C. 33, as amended by P.L. 2016, C. 43 (N.J.S.A 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure, P.L 2009, C. 315 New Jersey Business Registration and P.L. 1999, C. 238, Public Works Contractor Registration and the 1963 Revised Statutes of New Jersey, Chapter 150, Prevailing Wages. The successful contractor shall be required to submit Certified Payroll Forms on this project. Each bidder shall be required to submit a Bid Security in the amount of 10% of their bid (but not over $20,000.00) with their bid. Each bidder shall also be required to submit a Consent of Surety with their bid.
