The main campus, located in Glassboro, NJ, has over 50 buildings. There are also properties in Stratford, NJ and Camden, NJ. The University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services at the following four (4) campuses and any additional properties acquired during the term of contract. 1.) Rowan University 201 Mullica Hill Road Glassboro, NJ 08028 2.) Cooper Medical School of Rowan University 401 South Broadway Camden, NJ 08103 3.) Rowan Camden Campus 606 Cooper Street Camden, NJ 08103 4.) Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine 1 Medical Center Drive Stratford, NJ 08084 In general, this Tine and Materials contract will address areas where remediation has already occurred and HVAC duct work, steam, chilled water, cold water, hot water, reheat, and perimeter heat systems piping/fittings/valves remain exposed. In some occurrences, it may involve removing poor insulation and installing more efficient insulation. Because of the essential life safety aspects of the service contract, Contractors are required to meet all criteria outlines in this RFP. Work may include, but is not limited to the following: Interior building chilled water piing, 1" to 12" diameter Interior building hot and cold water piping, 3/4 " to 6" diameter Interior building steam & condensate piping, 4" to 20" diameter Manhole chilled water piping, 4" to 20" diameter Manhole steam and condensate piping, 1" to 10" diameter Valves Pumps Tanks Heat exchangers HVAC duct work Other insulation projects as needed The anticipated contractual period will be for one (1) year with two (2) possible renewals of one year each, subject to budgetary approval on a yearly basis.
