The County of Burlington is not responsible for any misdirected or late deliveries during the Covid19 declared state of emergency. Proposals must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications; must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the proposer and solicitation identification on outside; addressed to the Department of Finance/Division of Purchase, County Office Building, 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060. ANY PROPOSALS NOT IN POSSESSION OF THE COUNTY PURCHASING AGENT BY THE SPECIFIED PREVAILING TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED. THE COUNTY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPOSALS MAILED OR MISDIRECTED IN DELIVERY. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION; Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27.
