Site work and renovation of a civil project in Oakland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work to be preformed under this Contact consists of the construction of the Oakland Lift Station No. 6 and Force Main Improvements: The CONTRACTOR shall furnish and install all sanitary sewer piping and manholes, paint exposed force main in valve vault, lift station wet well, valve vault, lift station pumps and appurtenances, electrical equipment and control panels, coordinate with Duke, make connection to existing force main, making connection to existing water main for water service to site, construct concrete driveway, site fencing, site ground cover (gravel), and final restoration required to construct the proposed lift station and force main shown on the plans. The CONTRACTOR shall also furnish all materials, equipment and labor to complete the work. In addition, all work includes all site preparation, clearing, grubbing, grading, backfill, site compaction, restoration, and sodding as necessary. Each BID shall be submitted in duplicate originals in one sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder and the bid date and time on the outside along with the following information: "BID FOR OAKLAND LIFT STATION NO. 6 AND FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENTS". The project is funded with funds from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). Hence, the project will adhere to Florida Department Environmental Protect (FDEP) Supplementary Conditions, Davis Bacon Act and American Iron and Steel requirements. The Town of Oakland reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all bids and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the Town. Delivery Date Required: 165 Days After Award (Final) - substantially complete the work within 135 calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed.
