Site work for a civil project in Elkhart, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of the installation of a new SCADA system to replace the existing control system for the entire water and wastewater system. The new system will include components located at water wells 8, 10 and 11, elevated water tower, standpipe water tower, booster pump station, sewer lift station, ground storage tank, wastewater plant and city hall All materials removed will be City property and shall be delivered to the City water treatment plant. All backfill shall be compacted so that no settling occurs Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. This project is funded by the Kansas Public Water Supply Revolving Loan Fund provided by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE). Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
