Riverside City College in Riverside will be renovating the existing two-story Life Science and Physical Science buildings. The project is a complete renovation of the existing Life Science and Physical Science buildings totaling 57,280 Square Foot of building and surrounding site. Projects includes demolition, new construction addition, and complete renovation of the existing 2-story Life Science and Physical Science buildings. The project will be procured via Design-Bid-Build General Contractor with C.W. Driver acting as the District’s Construction Manager. A successful project-specific prequalification submittal will be required prior to being invited to bid. The anticipated Construction schedule will be from September 2022 to December 2023.
