Riprap Campground Shoreline - Viking Lake State Park avc project is designed to replace the existing shoreline riprap along 585' of shoreline with new Class "E" riprap in the campground. Site Restoration is required on all disturbed areas. For bid package documentation, including bid proposal, please contact Mark Johnson at 515-250-3713 or mark.johnson@dnr.iowa.gov The CONTRACTOR hereby agrees that liquidated damages in the amount of $200.00 shall be retained or assessed against the CONTRACTOR for each day and every day the completion of the work is delayed beyond the time specified herein, not as a penalty, but as a mutually agreed to, predetermined amount to reimburse the DEPARTMENT for salaries and related expenses of directly involved staff and reviewers, interest charged during the period for delays and loss of use
