Estimate project Value: $1,400,000.00 - $1,600,000.00 Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler. The project includes: This contract is for the improvements associated with Sites 7a2, 7b1, and 7b2 which consist of the following: Sewer Line A includes construction of approximately 1,607 linear feet of 12-in gravity sanitary sewer line, manholes, connections to existing sewer lines, pavement repairs, and appurtenances. Sewer Line B includes construction of approximately 4,226 linear feet of 12-in gravity sanitary sewer line, manholes, connections to existing sewer lines, pavement repairs, and appurtenances. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening in the Q&A Portal. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
