Legal Notice Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for General Civil Engineering Services Town of Colebrook, NH The Town of Colebrook, NH is seeking a consulting engineering firm or firms to assist the Town on various project types with a focus on wastewater and drinking water projects due to Town's current needs. Engineer shall be proficient in capital project planning, design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration and resident inspection. Services may be needed in some or all of the following areas: 1. Wastewater Treatment Plant and Wastewater Pump Station Design, Permitting, and Construction 2. Drinking Water Supply Design, Permitting, and Construction 3. Roadway and Sidewalk Reconstruction Design and Construction Administration 4. General Civil Engineering Projects- drainage, culverts, and roadway improvements 5. Structural Engineering- Bridges and Town Buildings Firms are invited to submit their qualifications in response to this request in one, more than one, or all the areas listed above. However, preference will be given to firms that meet the Town's needs. The Town of Colebrook requests a separate response for Bridge and Highway Construction Inspection to meet the requirements of NHDOT and FHWA. Submission must include: name, address, brief history, description of firm, resumes of key personnel to be assigned to these types of projects, related projects, areas of expertise and experience. Describe (3) other projects designed by this firm. Include references and contact information for the (3) projects above Include description of budgeting, cost and quality control procedures and brief description of the firm's approach to planning, designing, and implementing these types of projects. The Town will review qualifications and experience. Selection of the firm will utilize the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) process.
