Legal Notice Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for General Civil Engineering Services Town of Colebrook, NH The Town of Colebrook, NH is seeking a consulting engineering firm or firms to assist the Town on various project types with a focus on wastewater and drinking water projects due to Town's current needs. Engineer shall be proficient in capital project planning, design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration and resident inspection. Services may be needed in some or all of the following areas: 1. Wastewater Treatment Plant and Wastewater Pump Station Design, Permitting, and Construction 2. Drinking Water Supply Design, Permitting, and Construction 3. Roadway and Sidewalk Reconstruction Design and Construction Administration 4. General Civil Engineering Projects- drainage, culverts, and roadway improvements 5.
