A brief description of the project is as follows: - Supply of Geogrid - Supply & Installation of subbase Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) - Supply & Installation of secondary 60 mil Geomembrane - Supply & Installation of leachate detection zone Geocomposite - Supply & Installation of primary GCL - Supply & Installation of primary 60 mil Geomembrane - Supply & Installation of cushion geotextile - Installation of temporary berm. The proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a certified check or acceptable Bid Bond made payable to Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority, in an amount of ten (10%) percent of the Bid. The Bid Deposit of the successful bidder shall be retained by the Owner as liquidated damages if the bidder shall neglect or refuse to enter into a contract with the Owner in accordance with the proposal and contract documents. The Owner has the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids submitted in accordance herewith within sixty (60) days of the bid opening.
