Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Summerville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
The Town of Summerville is soliciting proposals for remodeling 300 W. 2nd N. St, Summerville Fire & Rescue Station 1. All inquiries and questions related to this project must be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement Agent, Krista Collins (KCollins@summervillesc.gov) so that they can be addressed through a posted addendum. All registered bidders will receive an e-mail notification when project addendums are posted. The cut-off date for questions is February 11. Any and all addendums issued will be posted to the Town's website (www.summervillesc.gov) and will become an official part of the bid package. All addendums will need to be signed and included with the submitted proposal package. Any proposal packages which do not include the signed addendum(s) will be disqualified. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive all formalities and to award the contract as it appears to be in the best interest of the Town. The right is also reserved to hold any and all proposals for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the opening thereof.
