Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yuma, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of the AVE B (US95); 24th ST. TO 32nd ST., Yuma County, Arizona, and work incidental thereto. The proposed work is located at AVE B (US95); 24th ST. TO 32nd ST. The work consists of, but is not limited to: This project is to improve the roadway surface to meet current and future traffic demands by milling 3" of the existing pavement and replacing the same amount, new thermoplastic striping and replaces deficient ADA pedestrian ramps. Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the Project's Proposal Pamphlet and on the forms provided therein including, the non-collusion affidavit and a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The project shall be complete and in place within 70 calendar days. The Yuma County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid, as it may deem in the best interest of the County. The Project is located in Yuma County, Arizona. The proposed work is located at AVE B (US95); 24th ST. TO 32nd ST. Section 5 & 6, T9S, R23W
