Renovation of a road / highway in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.
Project has been Cancelled Last Date for Questions 1/25/22 05:00:00 PM Start Date 03/07/2022 Leachate Pump Station Upgrades: includes upgrading leachate pump stations 1A electrical, 2 and 3. Work will consist of upgrading and adding electrical and control equipment and devices, enclosures and panels, operator interfaces, stilling wells, coordinating with on-call PLC programmer, and providing new sets of shop drawings for the control system(s). Work at PS-2 and PS-3 will require installation of temporary bypass pumping systems to enable work within the wet wells. Mechanical and civil work will be required to complete this work, including demolition and removal, and ancillary equipment installation. Engineer's Estimate: $627,600 Work site: Cedar Hills Regional Landfill (CHRLF), 16645 228th Ave SE, Maple Valley, Washington 98038. Voluntary Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Goal: 8% of the Contract Price. Voluntary Women Business Enterprise (MBE) Goal: 4% of the Contract Price. 1. Electrical work to be completed at Leachate Pump Station 1A includes: a. Provide ventilated enclosures with terminal boxes for the pump cords and instrument cords terminations. b. Extend the existing cord sleeves and install the existing pump cords in the sleeves to the ventilated enclosure terminal boxes. c. Provide new floats and backup level controls and install cords through the cord sleeves to the ventilated terminal box enclosure. d. Provide raceways and wire from the pump station to the generator/electric building. e. Provide pad mounted MCP with 10-inch panelview/operator interface at the pump station in outdoor enclosure for control and monitoring of all equipment and instrumentation. f. Provide raceways and wire to re-wire existing flow meter to interface into the new control panel and provide flood switch in meter vault. g. Provide temporary connections of the power and control cords in the wet well for continuous operation of the pump station during construction. h. Provide level transducer in the existing stilling well. 2. Work to be completed at Leachate Pump Station 2 includes: a. Continuous bypass pumping of pump station influent flows during work within the PS-2 wet well. b. Remove disconnects and conduits; and re-route power and control wiring below grade through a ventilated enclosure. c. Remove above grade ladder rung from wet well lid. d. Provide a ventilated enclosure with terminal boxes for the pump cords and instrument cords terminations. e. Provide cord sleeves from the wet well to the ventilated enclosure. f. Provide temporary connections of the power and control cords in the wet well for continuous operation of the pump station during construction. g. Remove the existing level transmitter and floats in the wet well and associated conductors to the control panel. h. Install a new stilling well and submersible level transmitter and floats and provide a raceway to the existing control panel from the ventilated cord terminal box to the existing controls. 3. Work to be completed at Leachate Pump Station 3 includes: a. Continuous bypass pumping of pump station influent flows during work within the PS-3 wet well. b. Remove disconnects and conduits; and re-route power and control wiring below grade through a ventilated enclosure. c. Remove above grade ladder rung from wet well lid. d. Relocate power cord tie-offs. e. Provide a ventilated enclosure with terminal boxes for the pump cords and instrument cords terminations. f. Provide cord sleeves from the wet well to the ventilated enclosure. g. Remove the existing level transmitter and floats in the wet well and associated conductors to the control panel. h. Install a new stilling well and submersible level transmitter and floats and provide a raceway to the existing control panel from the ventilated cord terminal box to the existing controls. i. The system integrator shall update the existing as-builts of the existing control panel and create all new set of shop drawings for submittal based on the plans and the markups of the existing shop drawings. j. Provide control power transformers (cpts) (one for each pump). Rewire the control panel such that the control ckts for each pump are isolated from the other pumps and the general control power ckts from the existing control power transformer.
