The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Pike County School District ("Owner") is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors that are interested in and capable of providing a combination of professional services including preconstruction and construction services for the multiple modification projects throughout the campus of the school district. If your firm is experienced in similar type and size projects, you are invited to submit your proposal for consideration for Construction Services for the projects. The district is seeking to hire a Contractor to manage each of the construction projects included in the RFP. Construction management experience is preferred.
