Description:The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is committed to developing a partnership with industry to successfully maintain its Operations Technology (OT) environment. VDOT defines its OT environment as the roadside technology assets and supporting infrastructure that actively manage and control traffic on VDOT-managed roadways. RFI CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS E-mail any clarification questions regarding this RFI by the deadline shown in Section 10 - RFI SCHEDULE to the VDOT Contract Officer on the title page. Include the following: o Name o Organization o Email address o Telephone Number Administrative Services RFI 2021-1215-A o Detailed question(s) o Reference page number of RFI related to the question(s). VDOT will review all questions submitted and publish written responses on eVA (eva.virginia.gov). Based on the questions VDOT may choose to release an addendum to the RFI. Registration must include: o Full names of each participant o Organizational affiliation of each participant o Email address of each participant o Telephone number of each participant REGISTERING FOR ONE-ON-ONE DISCUSSIONS Vendors who are interested in attending one-on-one discussions must send an email to the VDOT Contract Officer on the title page by the deadline for registration show in Section 10 - RFI SCHEDULE. Registration must include: o A preferred date/time and two alternative dates/times o Full name of the point of contract for the organization o Organizational affiliation o Email Address o Telephone Number As a reminder, submitting a response to the RFI is a pre-requisite to participation in the one-onone discussions. Requests will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. One-on-one discussions will not be held for unconfirmed requests. Clarification Questions will only be received via email. All questions prior to the Industry Meeting are due by January 4, 2022, at 5:00PM EST. Questions following the Industry Meeting are due by January 12, 2022, at 5:00PM EST. No questions will be received after the January 12, 2021 deadline.
