COUNTY OF WISE, VIRGINIA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP PURPOSE The County of Wise, Virginia is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct surveys on the below listed properties and to further survey out parcel(s) to be determined from each larger tract. o 11510 Wildcat Drive, Pound, Virginia 24279 o 217 Lee Street, Appalachia, Virginia 24216 o 208 Spring Avenue, Wise, Virginia 24293 Proposal Requirements 1. A cover letter introducing the firm/consultant company or team; 2. A complete description of the survey services and a time period for completion. A committee will review and evaluate all proposals. The selected vender must be determined to be a responsible bidder by the County. The County reserves the right to reject all proposals received, and to re-advertise the project.
