Renovation of a municipal facility in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Elevator Improvements at Western Service Center in Apple Valley, MN and the Law Enforcement Center in Hastings, MN Prevailing wages are required on this project. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in the Bid Document - Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the project at 9:00 AM on February 22, 2022 at its regular meeting at the Administration Center, 1590 Hwy 55, Hastings, MN and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Estimated cost for this package is $330,000. Owners representative is Joe Lexa - 651-438-4566. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project by October 6, 2022.
